After 296 weeks, 2,035 days, I've done all I can online. NOW IT'S UP TO YOU! Puerto Rico can become as GREAT as its people or as HORRIFIC as Hurricane Katrina or last December's tsunami. Let's ALL -- and after almost 6 years now, you know exactly who I am talking to when I say ALL -- that's right, YOU! -- do A LOT more than hope for the best, because that hasn't worked in recent decades.
